The two pack epoxy coating is done on a Hard Anodized surface of the Aluminium body by the spray technique. It produces a 100mu thick layer (only external surfaces). This epoxy coating helps in protecting the actuator from extremely corrosive environments. Choose this option specially for alkaline environments. It is also suitable for environments like Ammonia, Ammonia Liquor etc. ROTEX guarantees 500 hrs. salt spray test.
